Larry Flynt ran the ad to the left in the Sunday Wapo, offering $1 million to anyone who has had sex with a senior Washington official. In an interview with the San Francisco chronicle two years ago, Flynt said the following:
"I've been called a bottom feeder . . . I say, 'Yes, but look at what I found when I got down there!' "
