Alito and Thomas dissented, believing that the Court should at least hear arguments. In doing so, Alito (a self-described white "victim") showed how out of touch and partisan he is. Thomas (who rarely asks questions during arguments for fear of showing how lightweight he is) reinforced that perception. Anyway, it's over.
