Sorry, folks-- no more photos from Costa Rica. After nearly a dozen trips, and thousands of miles on my backpack, the inevitable happened. My point-and-shoot camera was just stolen two hours ago at knifepoint, and all of my pictures went with it. Because my SLR camera stopped working back in Cahuita, I now need to run out and get a new camera before I head to Monteverde tomorrow.
I only stopped back at the hotel to have a beer and get my nerves back. Come to think of it, I still have pictures of the killer monkeys from the rainforest (but that's another story). Full details when I return.
