MSNBC.com has posted a quick look at how things look now (as Bush is leaving) vs. 2001. The "Then" is the best-available figure as Bush was taking office in 2001. The "Now" is the most recent figure. As you would expect, the results are not favorable towards Bush. 13 days to go.
