Dim-witted Donny Trump Jr. attempted to make political hay out of a fun holiday and had to exploit his own daughter in the process. He tweeted a photo of his child in her Halloween costume, with the comment: "I’m going to take half of Chloe’s candy tonight & give it to some
kid who sat at home. It’s never to early to teach her about socialism."Of course, the stunt backfired spectacularly. Little Donny was literally roasted by comebacks and critical comments, including the author of Harry Potter herself. Many focused on his failure to understand the basic concept of socialism. . .but there were so many other witty responses. Here are some of my favorites:
