Michele Bachmann of Minnesota, stated last month that she was considering running for Al
Franken’s U.S. Senate seat. In an interview, she admitted that she was turning to God for the answer: “I’ve had people contact me and urge me to
run for that Senate seat, and the only reason I would run is for the
ability to take these principles into the United States Senate. The question is,
should it be me? Should it be now?”
Bachmann confessed that she is hoping God will provide an answer. “So the question is, am I being called to do this now?” she said. Well-- based on billboards appearing around Minneapolis, it seems that God is telling her "No."
