Republicans are complaining that Obama is not giving credit to Bush for his role in the Iraq war. As you can see below, MSNBC's Rachel Maddow doesn't hesitate to give Bush credit-- for both lying to get us into war and for failing to achieve a political solution (the justification for the surge).
